At Chanteluxe, we want you to shop with total peace of mind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window with free returns on all eligible items.
How to Start a Return
1. Register Your Return: Access our Return Portal, enter your order number and email, select the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. You’ll instantly receive the next steps.
2. Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories or extras. Make sure it’s securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Ship It Back
Once your return is registered, you’ll receive a QR code. Simply bring your package to your local post office or drop-off point, show the QR code, and hand it over. No printing needed.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• With all original tags and labels attached
• In the original packaging (garment bags, boxes, hangers, etc.)
• Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
• In perfect resellable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
30-Day Return Window
• You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds cover only the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for size or color changes. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Exceptions apply to defective items (see below).
Quality Control & Defective Items
Every product is individually inspected during manufacturing and again at our logistics centers. Before dispatch, your order goes through a final quality check to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.
In the unlikely case you receive a defective item:
• Contact our customer care team within 1 day of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
• Our team will review your case. If confirmed, we will send you a brand-new replacement at no cost.
• Refunds are not issued for defective products, as we provide a full replacement solution.
This process follows consumer protection laws, which guarantee your right to receive items in perfect condition.
Final Sale Items
Some items are marked as “Final Sale” on the product page. These products are offered at significantly reduced prices, reflecting a special promotion or clearance opportunity. Due to the deep discount, these items are considered final sale, and we are unable to accept returns or refunds for them.
By purchasing discounted or final sale items, you acknowledge that these items are sold as-is at the promotional price and cannot be returned or refunded.
